The Blind Chess Festival 2007 takes place in Bilbao (Spain), 16-20 October, 2007. Each of the participants will play two games a day. Time control is 25 min. + 10 sec./move.
The Scoring System is as follows: 3 points for every match won, 1 point for a draw and 0 for a defeat. It is forbidden for players to agree a draw between themselves (also known as Sofia Rule).
